All orders are shipped within 1 working day excluding Teamwear which is ordered in, timeframes can be view under each brand under TEAMWEAR. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: goal@soccercity.com.au

Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Soccer City. Please make purchases wisely, we do exchange but do not refund. Return postage and Re-postage of items is at the purchasers expense, please include an extra bag when returning items for a refund so we can dispatch.
If your item is faulty upon receipt and has not been worn we will gladly exchange that item. In the event of items being worn we cannot issue refunds until the item has been reviewed by the items brand.
** Boots suspected of being faulty and have been worn can take 6-8 weeks to be inspected and advised on.
All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
Teamwear Items – A 25% restocking fee is applicable on all Teamwear items to cover return fees and postage to suppliers

- A description of the item you are returning
- Description of exchange item
